Beyblade is a Anime show that has spread across the world. There are even toys now officially made by Takara and Hasbro. The anime is about a sport know as Beyblade. The anime follows a team, The Blade Breakers in the first series, but really it follows one of the members, Tyson.

 Tyson is a young rookie at the sport at the beginning, but through the 3 series he gains skills and abilities. The Beyblades are like spinning tops, except there are layers to them. You can swap parts from one of the blades to the other, the idea in the end it to create a Beyblade that is strong. There are many Beyblades, most of them have been used in the anime, but now the HMS series of Beyblades there are others. There are two types the Plastics and the HMS. The plastics are the original ones these are in all 3 series, but the HMS (hard metal system) ones were introduced at the end of the last series, G Revolution.  

Beyblade anime was originally made in Japan so things have been changed (Dubbed) to different things, all the songs have been changed, names of the bladers and the teams too. The show was first aired in Japan on January 8th, 2001. It was so popular, that they made two new series, Beyblade V-Force (or Beyblade 2002) and Beyblade-G Revolution. It was later aired on ABC Family in America, YTV in Canada, Cartoon Network in England and other places around the world. There are 52 episode in the first series, 51 in the second and 52 in the third. Sadly there is no other information on any new series coming out as yet, so fingers crossed.
